Over the the course of the last 8 months or so I've spent a great deal of my time educating myself on various aspects of real estate investing via books, podcasts, seminars, etc. and now I feel confident that I have the basics down, but my dilemma is finding the money to make deals work.My goal is to acquire properties to hold and rent to create passive income.
