Thankful for the BP community!

I have a couple thoughts and wanted to see what this wonderful communities perspective/ advice is.I am 29, recently married and no children, I have no dept, the only asset I have is my vehicle I have 750+ credit. 

Hello BP community I wanted to ask for some tips on how to properly understanding and analyze your market.

It's large, almost 1400 sf for a 3 bedroom condo built in 2001 (so it has the blonde cabinets) in a gated community that is kept up well.

You will probably find all the answers to your RE questions in the biggest REI community of the world.

In the last ~2 years we have upgraded ~220+ units and our flooring in the bathrooms has always been either TrafficMaster Allure Vinyl Plank (the stick down flexible product) or 12"x 24" Porcelain Tile all depending on our budgets/community demographics. 

I am new to biggerpockets and I wanted to introduce myself to the community.

Another article https://www.presstelegram.com/2018/03/24/rent-cont...These pro-rent control people are portraying landlords and investors as Rent control will hurt people in the housing industry, hurt local communities, and stifle progress. 

I just wanted to introduce myself to this great community and start using this platform as a way to network with others both in LA and abroad.
