I was wondering if anyone has any experience with local banks in the Charlotte area, specifically financing house hacks but also just SF mortgages.

I want to try to secure an FHA Loan for a house hack, multi unit home in Chicago.  

You wouldn't start an LLC for house hacking, right? 

Ideally trying to stay around 200-300k, open to house hacking if we can find multiple units on 1 property.I look forward to any advice and appreciate all the help I can get !
