Today my copy of "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat: The BRRRR Rental Property Investment" by David Greene just got here. 

I want to continue to expand my portfolio I am reading David Greene's BRRRRR book right now and I really want to implement that strategy, can I do a HML or something similar to continue adding to my portfolio?

Replaced hinges with invisible soft close face frame hinges ($3.50/hinge) and a little hate from my handyman; bar pulls $1.25 each off amazon.

I found David Greene's BRRRR book to be a great overview of the entire process of acquiring, rehabbing, and renting.

I have been reading up on the BRRRR strategy & am currently reading David Greene's book about long distance investing.

A few things I would focus on for your rental is, convenience, does it have high walking score neighborhoods and cater to grocery stores, food, bar, major attractions, etc.

As David Greene says in the BRRRR book, you get better when you practice.
