I can understand them not being happy with the situation, but there are reasonable and unreasonable ways to handle a situation and they definitely crossed the line.

But you can cross that bridge once you get to it.The reason you should contact 2 lenders is because getting a mortgage is just like shopping anywhere else.  

I know very few HMB's who will allow no money down without cross-collateral.

What I am looking for is a solid training program since i am green.  

We also likely would have had to put the tenants up in a hotel because there would have been no way for them to shower.I didn't think about this as much when we first bought the duplexes, but now after my experiences when considering multi-family deals it definitely crosses my mind.

We did a cash buyer campaign from it and it wasn't that successful but there are other parts to the service that I did not use so I cannot comment on that.In regards to the cash buyer campaign, I believe they cross referenced cash sales with tax records for owner address, but it could be inaccurate because if the actual end buyer bought through LLC or never recorded the deed the records may not be updated with their actual address.I believe there is a trial that gives you ability to use all services for some amount of time (I can't remember) so I would try that and see, it could have changed since I used it.

Look @ the crime map, plenty of green in certain areas and as it is in most of milwaukee it can change street to street, their are definitely streets in that zip I stay away from but to generalize it as a whole would be shorting yourself of opportunities.
