So it would seem petscreening has caught the person in a lie so they will not be approving them.I think I would turn this over to authorities and obviously not be selecting them as a new tenant.I imagine this is is what you have also done?

The government will absolutely claim most of all of the proceeds of a home in order to make itself whole - that said, unless she lied about her assets, that usually happens on the front end of getting care.

People lie about some things so I ask reason for moving so I can screen out 1 year residents and I put non-smoking but expect that people will lie about that so if they smell like smoke I just eliminate them at showing.
