I know some will suggest hiring an accountant, and I am not opposed to that but I would still want to learn exactly what needs to be filed so that I can keep an eye on the accountant.

I'm sure I'm not seeing something here, but I can't think of the negative consequences of goofy names right now. 

This is close to where Iive so I can keep an eye on the employee and property.
