Why is the market headed up?

Number one, don't buy anything that's a long-term hold, the market's going to head down.Two, if you want to make residual income and cash flow, lend it right now.

This was a property that was under repair from the previous owners who realized they were in over their heads.

The contractor I hired that was referred to me by the head of the condo HOA who does all their drywall work is unlicensed I found out.

I am trying to figure in my head if it would work, since I would be paying the OPM for down payment back, and also the seller over time.
