The action plan will outline your day to day activities necessary to find & convert motivated sellers to signed contracts (i.e. cold calls, CRM system for follow-up, deal analysis, meetings/appointments, etc).The successful wholesalers in NYC that I know focus on a particular niche - i.e. divorce, pre-foreclosure, specific geographic target (i.e. 5-10 mile radius, specific county, etc), probate, absentee owner, etc.Best of luck to you on your journey!

Your title company might also be able to help with this as well since they are going to be reviewing the legal description and changes to that property/ownership over the years.
