Maybe I’m not as interested as others, but being other people’s analyst is really not in my job description as an agent.

I got a 4 start yesterday because my “kitchen was small” on a listing that is advertised in the description as a “tiny home” Not related but it just reminded me.

Even on a local scale here in SE MI it is geographic. 

The action plan will outline your day to day activities necessary to find & convert motivated sellers to signed contracts (i.e. cold calls, CRM system for follow-up, deal analysis, meetings/appointments, etc).The successful wholesalers in NYC that I know focus on a particular niche - i.e. divorce, pre-foreclosure, specific geographic target (i.e. 5-10 mile radius, specific county, etc), probate, absentee owner, etc.Best of luck to you on your journey!

If so I would move on because, just based on your brief description, I would bet this is going to be a challenging property.

This makes for the property in the salt lake area increase in value as the area grows in popularity as there is only so much land between the two geographical dividers.
