I'm trying to figure out what is needed from a hard money lender to get the loan?

I can't actually figure out what the site does.

I used to look at apartments or houses as if I was buying them and I also figured on spending at least a little bit on maintenance even though I was renting --- for things like light bulbs or grass seed and fertilizer for the lawn.

From the few threads I have already read, everybody seems very helpful.I was about to post a few questions and figured I'd stop here first to introduce myself.

I like figured out what they represent but what im i suppose to pick is there a good book on the basic stuff on real estate investing?

The problem with parks that have park owned units is you pay more for the property because of the income stream the park owned units produce.Pencil out what you would make should you sell the park owned coaches at say 10-12% interest figuring you will get some of them back and will be able to re-sell after repairs.

I figure that should give me plenty of time to redo the house and make sure it is in great condition to pull a mortgage on it.

hopefully, i can figure this out quick.i guess a title search wouldn't show any federal judgements, but the county clerks office told me that such judgement could be attached to the property...
