I forgot to put my price range in.I can be anywhere from 50- 120k depending on the property, cash deal. poI have noticed the few properties I liked have either sold to fast or are just out of my price range. We did a quick trip through GR recently and I obviously loved heritage hill and and the areas around eastown near fuller and wealthy st.I prefer to be in a very walk able area with a hip younger crowd even if it is considered not a great area. Thanks for the the advice about Tenets and not taking on someone elses headache.
