I agree, DSCR is the best option because it is flexible, but you can always work with someone who can evaluate your situation to find the best option FOR YOU.

If your properties are located in city with SB 721 enforcement mechanisms in place, I would contact the city for inspection guidelines and then find an inspector and contractor who understand those guidelines.At the risk of sounding undiplomatic, I have zero desire to pay someone $4K to drill holes in my balconies.

I was trying to find them myself yet I just found a lot of different sources with different statistics.

He has ghosted us for days at a time and now he’s done it again but finally responded to text messages and said we need to find somebody else.
