After these bad experiences I went out on a hunt a interviewed 4 different CPA firms and went with the current ones we have now because they answered all the right questions and worked with hundred of investor clients. 

Tourists from Europe for example hear about Mexico and want to see locals and experience the local life.

If anyone knows how I can find the most accurate resources or can share their experience, I'd really appreciate it!

Ideally the rental would still do ok in the spring, summer, and fall while performing very well in the winter.I'd love to hear what locations people have chosen, occupancy and rental income by season, and anything else people would like to share about their experience!

The house is paid off, and I'm trying to see what my best option is to do with it.I would like to do a full gut renovation on all 3 apartments, but I would like to be able to see if it's possible to convert the cellar to be a legal apartment and get a CO that states "multi-dwelling" instead of "2-family".Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi Tom,  I just saw this but thought I'd add my significant experience working with gift tax returns.

But maybe I’m viewing that wrong… which is why I posted looking for advice from people who have more experience than I do.
