I really enjoy my job and enjoy working on cars.

However, if you own a MF property and live in part then you can take advantage of both sections of the code to create some tax free and some tax deferred gain.It's a pretty powerful way to use deferred tax to enhance building your portfolio and move the property geographically and change type without having to  pay tax.

Obviously, any buyer should do extreme diligence when purchasing anything from anybody, but I feel that the "burn and churn" approach adopted by this group is not really something anyone would wish to enjoy. 

Much of what you decide to you depends on what you enjoy doing and what keeps you with your family.  

My plan is to die and let my kids enjoy the stepped up basis when they inherit.

If you are using dynamic pricing, perhaps you need to enhance your listing - freshen the decor, new photography, etc. to make your listing stand out. 2.

You don’t appear to understand some basic distinctions between employer managed pension funds and employee-selected 401k funds.Guys like Bernard email you documents and wish you luck in running your plan.I've been enjoying the give-and-take on the forum - and this comment does require a response.
