Having a copper hot water line behind the stove is not as big of a deal, as long as the stove doesn't squish the water line if somebody tries to push the stove all the way back - either run the water line in the bottom corner of the wall and floor behind the stove, or maybe install some small wood or metal blocks against the back wall to prevent the stove from being shoved back that far to squish the pipe - but make sure the anti-tip bracket for the stove still engages.

Make a conscious effort to be engaged.

.- Contractor - having someone you have already vetted giving you numbers for a project will increase your confidence for your offers- Lender - knowing you can make the deal happen and for what cost- Property Manager - Once you have identified this person, you can use them to help you vet a deal, give you an idea of the type of tennants you will have in a certain area, and can also give you an idea of how the area has progressed for a certain deal- As a side note, one of the podcasters mentioned getting the business journal for whatever area you are looking to invest.

This is my biggest issue im running into, I just purchased a househack so im living in 1 unit and the other 2 are paying my Mortgage so I dont have much liquid at my dispense and I feel confident in my analysis of a property.
