Driving north to south is 4 hours and west to east is 8 hours.

I would start with researching what the full cost is to purchase the land, develop it and build and then let the numbers drive your decision.

Also, be cautious with the pre-approvals, in my wife and I's case, we've always been preapproved for a value that far exceeded the value that we actually wanted to spend, so first I'd understand what portion of your monthly budget you want to spend on housing, and help drive your decision of how much you want to be pre-approved for.

If they won't sign the new lease then the correct answer is them leaving, which will surely be explosive, but you knew that already.Doing business with family is a lot like throwing yourself out of a moving car that you're driving.

We have identified a couple of homes that we would be interested in while Driving for Dollars and we have a name and address for the  current owner. 

Drive for dollars find some houses that need work in some good or decent areas. put money into them and get your money out after refi.

I am sure there are tons of wholesalers and flippers and such in denver but people still love the personal touch, start by driving around your neighborhood and finding homes that need some work and asking if they would consider selling.

I’d consider renovating a deal up to two hours drive away, but all neighbour city’s/towns are what I would consider lower income areas with little to no growth or Airbnb potential.

My equipment came from 2 hours away 3 large trucks and 6 men on the payroll for the 4 hour round trip drive.
