Assuming no permits were required to build this "shed", if I purchased it (regardless of whether it was a composting loo or hooked up to sewer, regardless of whether it was solar powered or hooked up to the grid) Could I rent my shed out, which didn't require permits to build, how could I get my $1.795M shed legal for sleeping purposes.
