Does anyone have info on setting up an LLC out of Wyoming or Delaware to maintain anonymity? 

Assuming no permits were required to build this "shed", if I purchased it (regardless of whether it was a composting loo or hooked up to sewer, regardless of whether it was solar powered or hooked up to the grid) Could I rent my shed out, which didn't require permits to build, how could I get my $1.795M shed legal for sleeping purposes.

@Emily Dickens there are several safe harbor rules you can apply - de minimus and also safe harbor for small taxpayers (SHST) where you can write off expenses that you typically capitalize.

Full disclosure, I'm a mortgage broker in CA, and I'm not saying to use me, but for example, I have closed DSCR loans in East Coast states such as CT, MD, DC, FL, GA, DE, NC just to name a few, and don't consider myself an expert in any of them. 

These properties aren't new construction but built after the 60s and have good bonesI would also consider looking into Delaware county.
