If health care is provided on site, asking means you're over your head with the idea.There are different levels of assistance, you can simply rent to an individual you receives day care assistance from outside servicers, then you may have special needs with an onsite live-in who may or may not need special training or licensing, depends on the client, then you can get into nursing activities that require a trained, qualified staff and special building and zoning requirements, such are usually highly political due to several factors, competition, community needs assessments, health program acceptance and specialties of care.

Health code and license compliance.That was a good increase in revenues, word of mouth takes time, it may be getting there and additional market would probably help, if you have time.I ended up with a business interest and in the RE, lucky I got out of it in about a year.

@Loukas Stoumbos - if you haven't already, you might want to start here: http://water.epa.gov/ and then consult with the local health department and professional well drillers/pump installers.As @Robert M. alluded to, the source of the arsenic problem may be induced rather than organic, thus addressing the source, may correct it without filtration.As for the bacteria... again, as Robert asked, what are the bacteria levels and type?

So while on the surface yes every property in its own llc would be super independent, the moment you commingle the money a bridge was built from that llc island to every other llc island that also utilizes that bank account, and all assets, including all personal if one is suicidal enough to commingle personal and business funds.So, to recap, commingling is to asset protection what shaving with a chainsaw is to health improvement.
