@Adrian Hollifield most I have dealt with will give money in stages like a bank loan on a house big or major rehab i.e. sheetrock done $10k, paint done $5k, cabinets in $15k, etc sp you don't need to front it all, but you need to front the deposit and some progress payments if the lender is slow on releasing payments.

It doesn't matter what seems high or not, each property on Hubzu is differently and they have been requested more in deposits and in a credit card hold to bid to prevent fraud.Hubzu is fine, but the bidding is like eBay.

It's a travertine with a great feel and the only tile that matches the existing set up close to the price point. stone look Porcelain feels cheap IN THIS instance and clearly printed on.
