I've found that most of the landlord associations are just the lobbying group portion and that is where all the money goes and you are constantly asked for contributions to stop x law or y law.

The tenant stopped paying, they went without rent for about 6 month as the took way too long to start the eviction process, and when they finally go the house back in need 10k, 20k, or 30k in renovations the be able to rent it again.

The floors need to be replaced and other cosmetic renovations are getting planned with contractors to make it much more modern and appealing.One of the issues I cant stop thinking about is the damn heating system.
