If you don't have capital buying poorly ran PM might be a complete waste of time, or if you don't know your customer will you spend your marketing dollars right.Just because they are a landlord doesn't mean they are a customer.You have to have the systems in place to scale otherwise you are just doing more but not building the business you planned for.Best of luck!
