BTW--there is an agent in GA that has been promoting "virtual" wholesaling...they advertised property in Florida...I filed a complaint, and the state is going after them.

@Ray Harrell, I have received complaints from other tenants for his behavior as well so it's not hard to imagine but I fully understand what you mean.The husband coming back around is my main concern, no guarantee that she won't want him back around (who the hell can imagine why?!).

We suspect that the neighbors are in violation of zoning laws, such as the RFA (which has guidelines for single family residences) and maximum height laws, and perhaps certain regulations regarding a covered garage.I and others have filed official complaints with the LADBS, but have not had any luck with the city inspectors for our district, who seem to care very little and have done nothing to help.Is there any advice you can give us regarding our rights and perhaps legal action we can take to protect our privacy (the tower is at a height that can see into my home) and our quality of life?

@David Dachtera in Orygun developers license has been around for decades.selling RE without a license is front and center .. because of complaints of various kinds.Sub too rental skimming being a big one.foreclosure bail out fraudsAnd wholesalers tying up properties not closing and seller relies on the fact that they have a closing coming up they box up all their stuff  they put NOn refunable EM on the new place only to have it all unravel as the wholesaler can't close and walks..
