By being active in the Forums and using BP, my goal is make new contacts and build mutually beneficial relationships.

I've been an active listener of the BP podcast for a couple of months now and I can't believe I waited this long to join. 

Yes being familiar with the area does have an advantage when prospecting from afar.Good to know that you are actively able to find good deals in the East.
