I am now an "expert" in financing (have borrowed from 20+ HMLs and talked to over 200+ commercial/asset-based lenders), exit strategies (lease options is my favorite), partnerships (everything I've done in real estate has been with partners), and tax/legal strategies (although I'm always going to tell you to consult an attorney/CPA).
