It can be done in addition to your current job so there is less financial risk involved and the knowledge that is gained form the coursework and the tools that agents have access to is worth the small financial and time investment involved in my opinion and allows for continuing education opportunities related to real estate moving forward.I'm always interested in talking real estate with like minded people so feel free to reach out and let's connect!

I've done quite a bit of reading and research, and though I will continue to do so, I DO feel that at this point the only thing that is going to actually further my knowledge or get me going is real life, hands on experience...So I'm ready to bypass any more "feet wetting" and simply dive in!!

Having 5 (maybe up to eight) free and clear houses in good locations and good tenants, and continue working my full-time job with no pressure to do overtime or with the possibility to retire early, and travel more or spend quality time with my future family would be an ideal goal for me.What would you guys do?
