Some of my most successful clients have done exactly as you described they had a JOB with a REIT or developer and learned their craft before launching out.Trying to get this type of education paying  companies that just sell short term training is very hit and miss. 

Makes the task for your agent even easier if they didn't disclose that fact.It was disclosed that the agent has ownership interest in the deal and he also has a relationship with the title company.

The better team you can build the more successful you will be. 

Insurance companies have become very nit-picky.

New companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google are also investing here.

I think you can be successful with MFHs, but the opportunities are not as great as other investment strategies.

His insurance company is asking for a lease that shows he had use of this area as part of the lease agreement.
