I don't disagree, just wish I had a time machine.

Now I'm on the board of directors for one of those REIA's and we struggle with the best way to get our message out that we exist and are an alternative to those high priced marketing and education machines.

Save your money AND save the environment (no need for machines to hammer the concrete for hours/days)win win situation......
