Conventional is going to be cheaper and a better way to go if they can and we refer them to lenders that we know can get them closed.  

Make a list and look closely at each one to see if they are an option.If you can't find someone within your network, expand your network.

I am in a similar situation, in Russia, where the Embassy is not operational and the consulates are closed.

We can see the loans that you close on credit and the date it closed. 

Both units were rented one week after closing.

I think someone else mentioned the trailer park close to there so I would suggest calculating lower rent in the beginning.

I’m probably stressing over nothing when I should be focused on getting my deals closed. ;) 

Hometrust has never offered such a deal (their rehab estimates are laughably low) I would like to hear what other investors are finding that even comes close to the 70% rule and how you are finding them.
