I'd want to make sure that the city knows that the space is heated and that you can get insurance for all heated space.

Hello,  I am new to BiggerPockets and am looking to get started in real estate investing when I move to Kansas City to start work.

It's not even the same city that I grew up knowing through the 90's and 00's.

I read an article not too long ago that said Murfreesboro is in the top 15 fastest growing cities in the US!

Are there any Utah (Salt Lake City/Provo) focused multi-family investors available and willing to talk cap rates, yields and debt for B/C class properties in the mentioned areas between 15 and 100 units?

It had/has a city lien against it for lawn service, I leave it for the lease option tenant to pay me in the future.

As an example, Citi will only go up to 80% LTV for me.

I have been doing research on turnkey providers in Kansas City area, after talking to few people, visiting KC, driving around Independence, Raytown etc. areas and looking at few properties (from Bridge, McInnis, USREEB etc), I decided to move forward with USREEB.

My girlfriend and I visited Kansas City last month and have been on the hunt for potential properties in the area.

City’s point of view will not bend over to what your opinion is.
