You are creating the recipe for disaster with this.You engage a tenant to rent with the disclosure that it's going to be in foreclosure and mitigate that with a lower market rent, and the possibility (not probability) of cash for keys from the lender when they foreclose?

When I searched on K6H 1Y4 with a radius of 25-miles, I get 7 names.If you set your radius larger than 25-miles, you will get names from Ottawa and MTL {the dataset underlaying the search algorithm is a bit {Canadian} geography challenged.
