Its not until a year later that i realize a big issue with the basement and thats after the flood, pulling up the carpet and tearing down the drywall.

Hi Tim, I'm here in Salina and can give you some references to certain sub-contractors that you might need: Exterior painters, Tree Guys, Carpet installers etc that I use that are reliable and cost-effective.  

Look at all that trash, missing siding, needed new carpet, appliances and a good paint job.

But if we have to replace 2 bathrooms and a kitchen which requires opening up a wall, paint and carpet throughout, we are probably looking at $15 to $20K min for the rehab, more likely $25K.
