If after the funds are paid into the business account and my friend writes a check to their personal account from the LLC to get his money out, are there any accounting implications?

Hey everyone, i am 20 years old, im just starting to learn the real estate business and looking for anyone that’s close to my age who would like to partner with me and we can start our real estate journey.

Since I am a busy professional, I currently focus on turnkey or properties with minimal upfront repair costs/time. 

I was trying to build an RV park and generate some long term cash flow from a business.

The clients that I get very concerned about are the ones that are telling me how to do my job.Overtime, they become the most expensive in your business because they take an emotional toll as well as more actual time.These people are almost never satisfied and are quick to jump the gun on everything.

I am certain that there are many opportunities to consider on tax and business structure before buying so curious what some experiences have been.

New business practices or not… any amount of money paid for their services is a rip-off.

I currently own a successful business with no plans to exit for at least 5 more years.

Anyone out there in the same situation but found partners to grow their business. 

They said no since I'm a schedule C, since my business is part of my 1040 return.
