I am unsure if i am suppose to list each unit as a property or each building as a property.

The cost to build new construction, especially SFH, just doesn't make sense yet in most Detroit neighborhoods.

I would occasionally get emails from them and it was difficult to get a response back when I’d reply, so I just decided to move on.  

There was some time in my childhood where we didn't have a lot of resources, I am grateful that my mom would take me out on drives just to dream build at some of our favorite areas in AZ.

Build relationships.

Would love to build a network of other midterm rentals owners and managers to collaborate with. 

I know there would be many other factors on how to manage the money here.It's a difficult time, just trying to formulate a plan. 

It's gotten quite difficult in much of the state.

You will benefit yourself far more in the long run by networking locally and finding a seasoned real estate agent/broker that specializes in working with investors, both building and liquidating portfolios. 

We are looking to expand our real estate portfolio with either a 4 or 6 plex, or a commercial building.
