so I guess if thier is,a vacancy for 6 months u don't have to pay for those 6 months of mortgage since using your METHOD AND FUZZY MATH you Never ever have to come up with another dime nor will you have to pay for any maintenance the fairy godmother will pay for the &5000 roof.. when that expense occurred and it will.Every single company I dealt with explain cash on cash is As if you bought the house for cash hence the term cash on cash20 different people explained it that way to me and to me that seems proper

Since July of 2014 I have used NREIG for insurance for my rentals but as of November 2021 when they switch payment methods things have gotten progressively worse with regards to my interaction with the company and now that they have "lost" one of my payments (I paid and have sent them the NREIG receipt as well as my bank statement showing the deduction but they can't find it on there end) I am looking into other insurance companies.
