Are you likely to want direct access to the MLS?

Once upon a time we had a condo in a high rise that had a small (pretty fine) mesh filter in the dryer vent line, easily accessible for clean out.  

My agent gave me access to the MLS and I found a property.  

Hello I just completed the 3 day course and they are promising access to this software only if I pay the $25,000 and get the package deal. 

After examining the photos, I could see that this tenant had a cookie sheet against the door of the dishwasher, which blocked the detergent compartment door from flipping open. 

Block 3/2/2, 15-18,000 sf, 1950 and newer

It was perfect at the time, great deal, 2 blocks from work and had room for renters(house hacking!!!

In others you must subscribe to a service ($$) to have access to this information.However, there are other avenues you can take to find out who owns a property - particularly if you are looking at residential properties.  

I will probably resend the offer every month until they bite or add my email to the blocked list!

We shouldn't focus too much on the performance of individual units so long as we have enough dials to turn at a high level to meet our return requirements during this (hypothetical) period of transition.  4) Accessibility of financing and the movement of institutional funds to other markets.
