Your best bet is likely to simply list it on the mls and sell on the open market.....you’ll net more than trying to wholesale it.As for the “get your credit up to 680, set up an llc and you’ll get a line of credit for the llc”.......bull sh$t.

@Jarel Terry This is a slippery slope...there are dozens of possible contracts that can be used across different asset classes...and vary by city or municipality...your best bet is to have an attorney draft one...not that expensive.
