I am in the process of making an introductory training for military to (A) understand their VA eligibility and (B) how to optimize VA eligibility to purchase a SFR and, my favorite, multifamily properties.I am looking to create a professional network dedicated to helping and training our military to fully optimize their VA entitlement as well as get some "military serving military" help.thoughts?

I think that this gravy train has gone on long enough.

My opinion is your miles ahead of the game if you find someone to invest with that has a track record and will work with you and train you hands on.

On Sunday i completed my first REI training class and the following day went out to add a few members to my team.

We rehabbed and sold 6 houses that year.2012 I took 1 of those trained guys and started the second crew, we rehabbed and sold 12 houses.2013 Took another trained guy and started a third crew, also just hired the best Lowes pro guy to run another crew, subbing out most of the work.

We each hold r.e. licenses and my partner is a long-time broker, trained in appraisal.

The thing is, most people don't know how to use YouTube or go out their and do research on a specific topic so they end up spend thousands on training.
