Do you have any information about the actual real estate deal or if this a condo you are paying retail for because you want to live there?

I purchased several SFR for retail prices because of time constraints.

I explained what I needed it for, and we pre-paid for one month with free pickup and delivery.I looked into traditional staging, but it was way too expensive.For about $500 I got a dining set, two sofa sets, and two bedroom sets.I felt kind of dumb after it was delivered, because I thought we were getting platform beds, but it was really just the headboard.

As my time in the investment and RE industry has progressed, I am looking to move into the commercial real estate area, with specialized knowledge in retail properties.

The problem was the entire time I was renting my aweful $825 a month 2 bed tiny 1 bath house in my little town of Grand Island NE.

The house was built in 2004 and is over 3000 sqft with 4 Bed 3 Bath and is in great condition.

This information from the owner includes the water. 18 1 bed. 1 Studio, 5 2 bed.

Hi all,If somebody wanted to convert an old house into an SRO for flight attendants (near LAX) by putting in bunk beds, etc. is that legal?

You might just want to find a retail buyer for this property since it is already rehabbed and do a double close.

If you've got a rent ready house needing no repairs, that means you have a retail ready house.
