Hi All,So we FINALLY got an offer accepted and just got through the inspection period on a beautiful 1945 sqft pool home in Cape Coral, in a very STR popular part of town.

@Frank Agyeman-Duah My wife and I would, were we in your shoes, look at this moment in two ways.First, the added residents beyond the promised two months, would be viewed as a potential revenue source. 

At the moment I am just trying to get a better sense of the base fee I should assume during underwriting.

@Todd Goedeke that's a little difficult at the moment to quantify since I live on the other side, but if I split everything down the middle.

At the moment at least.

Looking for my first house hack at the moment but definitely will be looking for other rental strategies with those interested.

Is there one that you feel more comfortable doing at the moment?

Though we wouldn't be bale to rent out immediately since we will be looking to fix it up while living there, we would have more options and could possibly wholesale deals we get that we cant take at the moment (although I haven't really looked into what wholesaling entails, so thats just spit ballin').
