Some are too creative for their own good.Such are matters of advanced creative financing arrangements, very handy for estate planning, having more than one beneficiary, lender or partnerships with unequal interests.This won't ever be accepted in mortgage financing as it would reek havoc on the entire financing system all the way through securities to investors buying the bonds that fund home loans.

Even if they had... this bill seems extremely high for a basic SFR remodel, especially during the "demo" stage of the project. 

Also, in the beginning stages of an amortized loan your house will not be gaining much equity.

There are very few (if any) true 'hands-off' / 'passive' investments.The items that caught my eye were the weekly rent collections which is more of a rooming house arrangement and the rental rate; $125 per week is $525 per month on a 360 sq ft is $1.46 per sq ft.

In my opinion, there is no benefit to the purchaser for this arrangement.
