I don't anticipate any issues, but if you have something to share, I'd certainly like to hear it.My city just banned short term rentals, so I have to either get more of these lined up, or sell because the numbers aren't good enough for a long-term rental in that place.

It just makes sense to defer every 2013 tax dollar you can even if you have to repay it 27.5 years from now (unless you anticipate a significant reduction in tax rates between now and then).
