Hi @Benjamin Cowles -I'm sorry you find this feature to be a nuisance,  but we do this in order to make sure people aren't able to send spam or advertisements promoting themselves to other members without a connection.

How would you use them for a direct mail campaign?

I am about to start a direct mail campaign primarily to find my own rental properties but if a deal come along that doesn't fit my criteria but would work for someone else I would like to be able to wholesale it. 

The biggest issue I have had with referral companies, especially because they advertise as Turnkey, is that they have no skin in the game. 

Have you asked you property manager where he advertises your property?

We advertise in Craigslist.org under "gigs" for an installer.  

But, that can be taken care of with longer stay discounts.Originally, cleaning fees were a way to increase revenue while still advertising lower daily rates.
