Purchased property for $120k. Remodel of bathroom, kitchen, new floor...

It is in a central location in town and properties to west and south have recently been developed.The current house is in rough shape and will not finance.

Its comparing apples to oranges looking at investors who use these rules in markets like the mid west or the south vs Boston, which is literally one of the most attractive markets in the US.

But now its calmed down allot and there doing allot the reconstruct west Yonkers.

You gotta put RJ on an episode - especially for those investors who dable in GC side of thingsI don't invest in the DC area but if you are looking for a unique investment stories in the West or Southwest down the road-you know how to find me. 

The other reason is to reach out to anyone that reads this in the West Michigan area that would like to meet up virtually or at a park (socially distance).

Anything west of Holton will be a similar story.

I'm seeing some factory buildings suitable for conversion to storage in West New York / Union City / etc.

I'm looking at Bay View, West Allis and Cudahy Markets.
