After all, there's a reason why there are agents, lawyers, etc bc it's a completely different dynamic when trying to represent/advocate for oneself compared to doing it for others.

I would personally be more worried about it happening if I were dealing with Bob who lives across the street creating an LLC for me and 3 of his friends, versus a large company with enough money to hire the right lawyers and staff.

So we are suppose to hire a lawyer to go through a length legal process to kick these delinquent RTO tenants out.Does anyone have any experience with this?
