Taking the leap to do what you did is a scary one to say the least.

That enables anyone looking up the child to see what the parent is. 

Not saying it's the best but what I could handle.

I found a link to Bigger Pockets on a Reddit feed I was reading through while trying to decipher if paying for a wholesaling course/related documents is worthwhile.

Do Buyers Agents intuitively know when a property is priced to generate interest and the price is not even close to what the seller is looking for?

I contend the more people push for direct bookings the harder for AirDNA to account for it and as said above they have no way to account for uniqueness (location, amenities, build).

I am looking for tips on structuring a rent to own deal.  

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
