They also completed a 25 million series B funding in summer of 2019 that values the company at 127 million, which is a good signal for expansion.What appeals to me about this model, is you can go buy a couple acres of land ( Hipcamp suggest a 2 acre minimum), make some minor infrastructure upgrades and then build a couple A-frame tiny cabins, some yurts or simply just a clearing that would allow for someone to pitch a tent.

I have 8 properties in Baltimore county between Middle River and and Dundalk.3 have paid on time (2 of them section 8). 1 has been on time, but I had to give her a 35% reduction due to her not having a job anymore, but will be back to normal rate by July. 1 is a model home that I get rent every month from Ryan Homes so no problem there. 1 Is a tenant that hasn't paid in about 2 months but is leaving by the end of April, will set a payment plan for her once she moves (or sent to small claims/collection if she doesn't)2 are long term problem givers. 1 paid for the last 2 months and is now up to date.

Since you already have the electric heat, you can get one a bit less cost as A/C only model, or get one with a heat pump added and then it's all-in-one.From there, just eliminate the venting to the bottom unit, so it's all on their electric feed.
