When it comes to the 1 electric meter we don't like it due to one owner lost about 100k+ and the other 200k+, one was a "duplex" the other was a 5 unit that really was only able to be used as a 2 unit.

Their explanation is that the numbers I'm seeing come from sources that only use data that is reported to them by realtors who choose to list rentals there for example and that most management companies like them will not publish their actual rents so their numbers are based on their own comps which are more accurate.

Does anyone know of an online insurer that will write specified actual value policies that would allow me to choose the actual value that is adequate for my program?
