Your supplier changes some of the items they carry!

from my experience if your near a military base and you can find a nice forecloser thats a good location to rent..new people moving in all the time always looking for rentals, you'd never hurt for quality tenants.

Lynn has her furniture stored there and has also allowed her daughter to store furniture and household items there.The person who wants to buy the house as is does not want to wait too long.Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can speed up the process of getting her out?

We gutted that one and than my husband received military orders and we bought another personal property out in California.

I didn't see a line item for capital expenditures - setting money aside each month for things like roof replacements, new furnaces, major renovations, etc...  

If so, is it plagiarism to implement statements and items I like from other forms I've seen on Google if its only going to be used by myself and my tenants?

Since you certainly would know the area better than a lot of us, I'd recommend going through your SoW and rating the items.

My husband has a transient job (active duty military) so part of our acquisition plan (we buy pure rentals too) has been turning our personal houses into rentals when we move on.
