I'll never use this lender again, so I'm not super worried about maintaining the relationship, but I do think that switching to another lender now would not yield better results in terms of rate or fee, but would push us to miss our closing date and the seller would likely back out and take my earnest money, as I think they've had other interest.

Okay so i saw 1 pretty good deal its garage outside one building there are like 10 garages and this is in center of capital city where parking spots are rly hard to find or they are expensive so this could be rented for a nice amount of money and also it might get solid positive cashflow, plus they seem cheap to maintain becouse there arent many things that can break so what do you guys think about this does anyone have any expirience with renting garage or even parking spot also how good it is is it profitable?

I was approved for the low 500's but I would like to stay below that to maintain cashflow.( townhouse or small SFR) I really need a home becuse I've been in my same tiny 1 bed apt for 7 years but now I need a house for my fam.I own two SFRs in Atlanta.
