Do you use something like list source or something similar to generate leads?

During the day, I am the lead Power & Controls Electrical Engineer at a Fortune 500 coffee manufacturing plant.  

Here is what I would need to track# of leads per campaign# of leads per market areaCost per lead for each market area / campaign Marketing costs per campaignMarketing costs per market areaTotal monthly marketing costsLead conversion rateCost per deal EtcI know there's guys here doing big volume that might have such a tool for this.

All this came about just by me talking to them and we hit it off so well that they are willing to give me contacts and leads for me to check out.I'm actually finding that I love to talk to people that love to talk about their business and help me learn.

I have a lead on a property that is scheduled for foreclosure in a couple months that I am interested in buying. 

I feel that I will get more leads and that people will open up to me more.

I would like someone to give me any leads on investors of this type in the Atlanta Ga. area.

Alin Toncz It is an EPA issue, someone on a safety training during our certification on renovating with lead mentioned about this, they said that a certified contractor will need to do the job.

I already have some great leads that I'm analyzing this week and would love to network with some investors in the area looking to expand their portfolio with some great ROI's.
